SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. Thispolicy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

For web orders, we offer in-store pick, local delivery and international shipping to 220 countries around the globe.  To have your online order shipped internationally, go to the cart page and select the option marked “calculate shipping”.  Fill in the required address information and then proceed to checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED / READY FOR PICK UP?

We aim to ship items or have them ready for pick-up within 2 business days.  Delivery of items shipped internationally will be 3 – 5 business days depending on your location.  Please also note that our operations in the store and in our workshop are closed on Sundays, Mondays and on national holidays.  This means that orders placed on or right before one of these days will be shipped or available for pick-up on the next business day.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping.  To have your order shipped internationally, go to the cart page and select the option marked “calculate shipping”. Fill in the required address information and then proceed to check-out.  Please note that we may be obligated to operate subject to various rules and restrictions related to some international deliveries, and you may have to pay additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where the order was placed and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Goods of a shipment weight over 3,000kg are not accepted. Likewise, shipments over the following dimensions are not accepted. Volume limit: L*W: 300*200 cm (interchangeable) and Height of 180cm.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
