A NOTE ABOUT SUBSTITUTIONS: We are a proud producer of small-batch handmade items and sometimes collaborate with other small local artisan businesses by including their goods in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice, especially during peak season or under pandemic conditions. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
NOTECARD INSTRUCTIONS: A blank notecard is included with your purchase at no additional charge! The notecard will be delivered atop your package so that you can handwrite a message for your recipient. Be sure to fill it in before you deliver your gift.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — (1-3 business days for production PLUS 3-7 days for transit via DHL)
Our gift boxes are made by hand and made to order! Once you place your order online, we keep you updated on the status of the order by email. The first email lets you know that we have received your order. Allow 1-3 business days for production, plus 3-7 business day transit time for international delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.) You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. You should also be aware that while our online store remains open 24/7, our physical operations are closed on Sundays, Mondays and on national holidays of Barbados. This means that orders placed on the weekend or before a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping is available to CARICOM islands and more than 220 countries around the globe. LOCAL DELIVERIES
We now offer Local Hand Delivery directly to your recipient. Place your gift order online and select “Local Delivery” at checkout. Designate the delivery address for your recipient in the notes section as well as a contact number. In addition to the usual confirmation of receipt of your order email, you will receive another email notification letting you know the moment your gift has been picked up from our store as well as when it has been successfully delivered! Local Delivery is available Tuesday – Saturday only.
SAME-DAY PICKUP
We do NOT offer Same-Day Local Pickup at this time.

GIFT RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!
