NATIVE CANDLE RETURNS POLICY

I am proud to stand 100% behind Native products.  Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we are happy offer a hassle free Return and Exchange policy.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or a return to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Conditions

Please check your items and report any damage or discrepancies within 3 days of purchase. 

 

Items that are not defective must be retuned in new, unopened, unused, untested and resalable condition, in the original manufacturing packaging with all the contents included.

 

We will accept returns on new, unopened, unused or untested products, that are in a resalable condition up to three (3) days from the point of purchase.  Returns should be accompanied by sales receipts, name and reason for returning the item.  To return items, please visit place of purchase.  Once the item is returned and checked, we will arrange a store credit or refund. 

Where your order was paid by credit/debit card, a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.  Refunds can take 3-5 working days from the point of processing to clear into your account.

 

Reed Diffusers are non-refundable.

 

Custom Label Returns Policy

Custom label items are custom made to your specific choices, for that reason they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.  Please make sure that you have sampled the fragrances that you are ordering as you cannot return them if you decide that you do not like the scent. 

 

If you are ordering clear glassware, please be advised that coconut and soy waxes can sometimes have a wet spot.  This is just the wax contracting away from the glass at an uneven rate due to temperature changes.  It does not always happen, but can occur during the humid months especially.  Candles with wet spots are not defective and will burn correctly.  Candles cannot be returned because you do not like the look of the wet spots if they happen to occur.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged.  We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returns of opened items.
